ALL EARTH STATEMENT 06/30/2022

Effective already, I confirm the following facts to the survivors of Earth:

1.) Approximately 4 weeks ago Dr. Blatt of Oxford was told by the United States Department of State a secret rule was put in place effective 2019 that prohibited the United States from engaging in any way in its diplomatic mission to any other country. It was shared with Dr. Blatt of Oxford at that time also, that China, Russia, and the United States jointly agreed all United States Diplomatic Presences in foreign countries would be kept in isolation on Diplomatic Facilities and not be permitted to exit United States Property permitted to be in any foreign country. Dr. Blatt of Oxford confirms to 100% Expert certainty this event in isolation commands a Third World War, which we know the United States of America was not prepared to fight. Dr. Blatt of Oxford confirms to 100% Expert Certainty without being prepared to dominate a Winning Outcome to a Third  World War, with military, government, industry, and society working altogether to a crushing victory the United States of America as a military, government, industry, and society will totally fail. Dr. Blatt of Oxford confirms this event predicts a total killer for the people of the United States of America, and more generally a total collapse of all society, and government, on Earth except perhaps China.

2.) Dr. Blatt of Oxford took the field today in his hometown and surveyed for proof of facts related to him in True Information about the Master Zap Area known formerly as The United States of America. Dr. Blatt of Oxford knows to an 100% Expert Certainty events like selling the Allentown, PA main bus station on the East Side of 7th Street between Turner and Linden over the last year, by corrupt local politicians seeking personal gain by selling state property, will cause Honest Law Abiding poor people to be rounded up and Murdered by state authorities. It is Dr. Blatt of Oxford’s information this sale of the Allentown Main Bus Station happened about a year ago (today is 1.25.2022) and the real improvements private developers of “The Hive” Apartments financed at warp speed to cover-up this wrongdoing, effected this 100% Certainty for honest law Abiding poor people reliant on public transportation in any way to move about the Lehigh Valley, PA. Dr. Blatt of Oxford confirms to an Expert Certainty this event alone guarantees the collapse of Civil Government in the United States of America. It is Dr. Blatt of Oxford’s information in True Information events such as this, selling places honest law abiding poor people rely on for their survival, in favor of private development and profits, has been happening around the United States for over the last year, and altogether, this guarantees the total collapse of industry, society, military, and government, anywhere in the former United States, confirms Dr. Blatt of Oxford to 100% Expert Certainty.

It is Dr. Blatt of Oxford’s expert opinion any qualified high school graduate would easily reason either of these independent events into a 50%/50% chance of total collapse of the United States of America as a government, society, military power, economy, or industry. It is Dr. Blatt of Oxford’s expert opinion that both of these events, one public and one privately guarded, taken together, reason 100% total killer on Earth except perhaps taking your chances on surviving in China.

It is Dr. Blatt of Oxford’s expert opinion either of these events, would cause panic, and tumult, uprising, and sedition, in increasing amounts as they culminated in the United States of America’s final collapse and total kill. Each individually would give rise to thoughts of imminent death in any qualified high school graduate without substantial assets and know-how to survive the definite failure of a superpower on a planet.

It is Dr. Blatt of Oxford’s expert opinion that the only hope of survival for the people of Earth unable to take their chances on surviving in China, is to rally around and support by any means, lives or financial, their common defined mission of successfully rebuilding their country, with the knowledge aforehand it will take decades before semblance of society, government, industry, and military might are returned to anything like ever previously existent. It is Dr. Blatt of Oxford’s expert opinion that the future of the Nations of the World relies on asking for advice, and following the advice of Illuminati Officers, and defining and achieving concrete action steps to reviving, reclaiming, and rebuilding our Idea that was America, or your idea that was your country, as commonly believed and/or accepted by your cohort!

Supporting these material conclusions are the following discernible facts:

Any qualified High School Graduate should know that cutting off all diplomatic relations with either only super powers, or also with all nations of the world, is clear war footing. Historically, this predicts a certain 50%/50% chance war will be announced against the country or countries recalling their diplomatic presence. In this instance no proclamation was made by the United States Government, and no words of acknowledgment or comfort came for the people who knew of this decision for over 2 years, lending total war and a certain death without knowledge as to why or what happened or was happening in the United States Government, Society, Economy, and as a Military Might, as inevitable conclusions for any qualified High School Graduate.

Any qualified High School Graduate would know that removing public transportation as a means of survival for someone who uses it, or is reliant on it, in any way for their survival, is a clear inevitable death sentence. Persons reliant on public transportation may not be able to continue getting medicine, to their doctor, food supplies, to their house of worship, to Court or Drug Tests to stay out of prison, or to work. This would work a clear 50%/50% chance of an inevitable death to any person reliant on public transportation, and the analysis would be clear to any High School Graduate to at least this certainty, that they’re left to die or actively being killed by their government over the past 6-18 months of these types of events (as selling government property for private personal or corporate profits).

These are certainties that will never change in the psychology of the American People. This will provoke the knowledge or understanding in qualified High School graduates that their odds are at least as bad as 50%/50% of suffering a cataclysmic outcome, which will start as an acute chronic stressor, identified as being victimized or betrayed by their government in their homeland without formal, public announcement of clear war footing, or destruction of middle class, lower-middle class, and lesser income brackets by removing their means of survival, depending on the area. Psychologically, Dr. Blatt of Oxford asserts these facts will provoke all-or-nothing thinking in qualified High School Graduates, similar to a fight-or-flight response, producing panic, anxiety, revolt, and chaotic outcomes in millions of persons perceiving themselves in a life-or-death fight against their government.

Dr. Blatt of Oxford asserts Government as Usual over the past ca. 24 months in the United States of America left a detectable, provable trauma on millions of lower income American Persons that would be defined to an expert certainty as a compensable need for welfare (i.e. disability payments and food stamps) in 6-18 months of suffering what would be diagnosable as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder from any qualified High School Graduate coming to believe their death, or miserable demise was increasingly inevitable. It is known to Dr. Blatt of Oxford in True Information the number of American Persons in what was the territorial integrity of the United States of America was greater than the number of American Citizens in that same geographical area in recent years. These persons became shell shocked by government as usual to suffer under this cataclysm that would enfeeble American society, government, economy, industry, and military might to a 100% Expert Certainty in becoming a detectable clinical case of PTSD, where even vis-à-vis public assistance schemes, it would be or become apparent to welfare recipients it’s not enough for basic survival (i.e. for only food, clothing, shelter, healthcare, and transportation to and from only these true needs).

It is important to note practically nobody knows what true needs are. True needs to an Oxford Certainty are food, clothing and shelter. They are not anything but these 3 vital survival essentials. If Government could be said to have created a right to anything more, it would be only life-saving healthcare (to include for dentistry and vision) and affordable transportation only to and from having or keeping these exact true needs, and no more. Dr. Blatt of Oxford knows most people define something else, which is not reality based, as a so-called believed true need, which will make the problem worse for anybody not acclimated to getting by with only survival needs, which is all welfare is designed for.

Dr. Blatt of Oxford asserts there are other classified reasons that make critically frail the entirety of the United States of America as a Government, society, industry, military might, and economy, besides already stated in The Final Message to Earth published at his website https://RedressGrievance.org.

They are:  1.) Food & Drug Purity Standards were not adhered to in recent years for generic medications, which are regulated to be at least 70% pure, and it is Dr. Blatt’s knowledge in True Information are consistently less than 70% in all generic pharmaceutical medication available across the former United States. It is known to Dr. Blatt of Oxford cheap pastries, such as Tasty Cake Brand, are poisoned with addictive chemicals that keep consumers buying “Tastycake Brand” to feed their craving for the addictive chemical Tastycake Adds, and whether intentionally or not, pastries generally also rapidly effect diabetes, general ill health, and rapid death, known to the Government and Corporations to at least within the year from today, 

1a.) Use of any food substitutes not being criminalized, where whole food is vital to life, and food substitutes do not contribute to natural energy levels or health,

2.) The United States of America subsidized and kept on the market known killer goods, such as tobacco, energy drinks and supplements, unregulated beverages with contaminants in them, and other impurities in over the counter supplements and foodstuffs, without care and this quite long term. It is known to Dr. Blatt in true information the United States Government subsidized products, such as tobacco, and United States Agents knowingly allowed them to be sold for at least the last year as known poisonous or lethal products. Dr. Blatt of Oxford publishes his demand letter to 7-up, as just one example of this,

3.) Fiat Currency, under quantitative easing schemes, that expand the available amount of liquid cash in an economy designed to only be healthy where every dollar is honorably earned, and countless thousands, maybe even tens of thousands of persons, paid themselves Billions or Trillions on a blank check from the Treasury that will always cash, without having earned any of this money they’ve gifted themselves from the United States Treasury, diluting the value of the dollars purchasing power for people who honorably work for their money, which contributes to a skyrocketing increase in the cost of any and all goods not price fixed, known as inflation, 

4.) It is asserted by God Almighty to Dr. Blatt of Oxford in True Information the computer (Mega) detects that 50% or more between the ages of 18-64 years old do not command the general fund of knowledge and ability of a High School Graduate in the territorial integrity of the former United States, prior to the Master Zap,

5.) It is asserted by God Almighty to Dr. Blatt of Oxford in True Information the computer (Mega) detects that 50% or more alive of any age, across the former territorial integrity of the United States spend most of their time, in a mostly vegetative state, and that this is technically provable,

6.) It is known to Dr. Blatt of Oxford in True Information over his years of legal and ethical service to the United States of America, and as a Major Saint to Islam, Christians, Catholics, and the Jews, and to all honest faithful, the United States of America as a military might does not embrace the philosophy that it is an honor and a privilege to die for their country, which is vital for both career servicemembers and draftees, as known from study of the Vietnam war, to any successful military, controllable by a Government, win or lose the war, ever throughout history, 

7.) It is known to Dr. Blatt of Oxford that common greed of unrestricted greed and freedoms, supported by an obviously broken regressive tax scheme favoring secret exact state and federal tax-free income amounts, and preferred treatment for corporate profits and other appreciable wealth gains built into it for practically nobody to understand, destroyed the economy, and that these secrets which were guarded jealously and were to be bought and/or known about only by the very wealthy, at least at their inception, but became increasingly claimed in the exact state and federal tax free amount, and commonly known,

8.) Dr. Blatt of Oxford knows medical policy designed to effect the cheapest outcome, even if the death of a respectable contributing life, to be disastrous over the long haul. Dr. Blatt of Oxford points out his Expert Medical Advice from a Preeminent Neurologist with over 25 years of practice states mini-stroke therapy as treatment for essential tremor has never once been known to this Preeminent Expert to be effective, yet it is indicated as a first line therapy, and moreover Dr. Blatt of Oxford’s consulting expert stated it further permanently disables treatment recipients who are obligated under United States Policy to submit to it as patients under the so-called care of a medical professional. It is known to Dr. Blatt of Oxford this is but one example of a known killer or disabling treatment commanded by policy to be advised as a first line therapy, which Dr. Blatt of Oxford remarks the practitioner often knows in his/her own medical opinion is a known killer or disabling treatment they’re obligated to advise their patient receive, and this is just one example of this, (see. e.g. "Drug Use Disorder", in the Internationally Used and Authored DSM, where any use of any controlled drug of abuse, is clearly and medically always drug abuse, not some indefinite recreational habit, Dr. Blatt of Oxford knows the correct labels in this other common instance are 1.)((provisional substance abuse)) <becoming> 2.)((substance dependence)), with a self-diagnosis of the disease of addiction by an afflicted, for example),

9.) It is known to Dr. Blatt of Oxford Carbon Emissions from industry sold self-seeking greed and delusions of limitless profits was the main Reptilian ploy used to agitate and effect for a nearly-total killer where the Reptilian Unity Movement would survive in China with substantial assets and know-how commanding “one fight for one China” as the last superpower holding out, because the Reptilian Overlords knew to an expert certainty the activities of the Organization known as Barton guaranteed a total killer, thus making Reptilian strategy to survive (there were about 1 million intelligent life forms on Earth prior to ca. 2/14/2021 defined as Reptilian) being to agitate and effect a nearly total killer against Barton for their own vital survival as Reptilia in China, where Reptilia knew they wouldn’t make it off the planet and survive a total killer effected by Barton. It would've been clearly known to Reptilia, as it is to all survivors of Earth today, God Almighty always takes notice of a nearly total or total killer which means the Reptilian Endgame to total victory over Barton, and ultimate defeat against One World State's Military Junta, would require the miracle save (such as in removing carbon emissions from the atmosphere, or translocating all water on the planet to natural water again, effected by God Himself),

10.) Subjecting any person to secret laws they have no right to read or know about what’s defined as criminal and enforceable under penalty of extrajudicial murder without knowing what conduct is proscribed,

11.) Dr. Blatt also comments to an Oxford Certainty the American Worker knew s/he was getting screwed by their employer when instead of cash money hourly raises, bonuses, or gifts or deep discounts on premium quality goods as service awards, holiday gifts, bonuses, or other unusual income, became increasingly replaced by United States Government Subsidized “treats” such as Italian ice, or a pizza party on break, et.al. inferior goods, which latter are actually an evil. The only true goods a worker should receive from his employer under a pay scheme already assuming healthcare, are an employee pension, or employee or government (or both) matched retirement account, given as a right with employment, or provided as wholly employer and/or government funded, which the Law never adequately addressed as enshrined guarantees for the Good of the Worker and his/her Quality of Life upon disability or retirement,  

12.) Declining or intentionally long-term degraded educational standards in K-12 and postsecondary schools (determined by government quite haphazardly and at times totally chaotically to understanding) on a nationwide scale of “poor”, “good”, or “excellent”, depending on the K-12, or postsecondary school, and determined also by Government to sometimes to Dr. Blatt of Oxford’s knowledge in private schools as well as by Degree Track (where, e.g., a Bachelors in German would be excellent, but a bachelors in English at the same postsecondary school would be government policy to be a poor curriculum and education, or the entire state of Nebraska made to a "poor" education at all schools, as happened there, at public and private, K-12 and all postsecondary institutions alike in the state),

13.) Legal parenting across the United States, and spreading rapidly across the Nations of the World, except in China, is functionally understood to be a minor in the custody of an adult who does welfare checks, and overturns the minor to surrogate caregivers such as daycare workers and school teachers who are supposed to teach and train the minor through to age of majority, supplemented by critical financial support money for survival needs for the minor provided by the adults, who are not obligated to train the minor in being a successful, productive adult. To Dr. Blatt’s expert opinion, this is the standard of barely legal parenting, and it became dominant across what was the United States and spread across most other countries on Earth, which totally enfeebled the United States increasingly since ca. AD 1980 and weakened, critically weakened, or enfeebled the rest of the nations of the world since about that time too. The Nordic Countries too, were weakened, where a stronger pronatalist and structurally pronatalist culture had previously existed until the Global Master Zap Zones were announced and enforced by God Almighty Personally. It is important to note, the Superpower known as the United States of America was easiest to totally enfeeble because it never had a pronatalist, structurally pronatalist culture dominating it to begin with,

14.) The Reptilian strategy first obvious dating to ca. AD 2000 of Cross cultural integrated corruption between Russia and USA (where one side doesn’t know what the other is doing by pervasive, rampant state backed (public) corruption of each other’s society, government, military and industry) over the last 5 to 10 years is not going to make Russia’s fight the fight of the Chinese to survive one China, and I believe this can be proven by me independently to another Objective Expert Certainty; Dr. Blatt of Oxford not knowing everything, he defers to Dr.  Richard M. Nixon and others who state in telepathy to him that to their own expert certainty and inside knowledge of Eastern Hemisphere affairs Dr. Blatt’s is a definite conclusion. In Dr. Blatt’s own understanding, this means bribery, state paid military forces commanded by private businesses, a framework for the rise of the 6 Star General of the Armies, regressive and corrupt tax schemes, untaxable wealth transfers (e.g. easement money), fracturing the global show into competing factions clamoring to be or become all powerful, distorting or falsifying population or central bank statistics, subverting the provision of honest healthcare, creating or utilizing policies of global law all countries must enforce except in China (or Switzerland, as it is also, at least in part), under edicts or fiat rule applying in any court by any person to win an enforceable death warrant pursuant to secret or public law which need not be published in a language the people held to them read or are ever taught, this latter particularly enforceable with ease by anybody in telepathy software in what's commonly called secret court, encouraging the state or corporate backed cover up of any mass casualty event, encouraging the 10 guns per person policy and thousand fold the bullets policy anywhere but China, and Switzerland, degrading educational standards, keeping minimum wage unlivable to encourage taking bribes, premature intentional obsolescence of durable or utility goods, working apparent short term goods in politics and government that actually produce a long term harm (e.g. in USA COVID Cash, or any Federal Election increasingly since 1976, coordinated with the decline and demise of transparency in Government Affairs,), across the US-Russian Superpowers, and their spheres of influence, fostering a culture of corruption tolerated or overlooked by law enforcement, and more specific to USA denying scientific progress and medical advancement since ca. AD 1985 which subsumes keeping telepathy secret at any cost of life as long as possible (until the Reptilians are holding out in China presumably with intent to overlord again one day upon the total demise of One World State),

15.) The Barton scheme to eliminate access to academically valid material to keep others misinformed or stupid by keeping only print media for a fee bought from the college bookstore the only guaranteed source of academically valid true information. This Barton scheme included altering Wikipedia against facts to rewrite history, as well as introducing rented electronic and hard copy text books for a semester’s use and eliminating students’ access as soon as the course completed. This is related to Dr. Forscher of Oxford in telepathy as entirely successfully implemented in the United States, but as of AD 2021 it hadn’t yet been spread to every country on Earth as successfully. To date of this inclusion (04.19.2022) hard copy material bought for a fee from the college bookstore in the United States is the only known source of guaranteed academically valid information. Any other may be faulty. These factors were competently weighed and analyzed by Dr. Forscher of Oxford in coming to his 100% certain conclusions originally stated in both Final Messages to Earth now. It was requested of Dr. Forscher of Oxford by God Almighty that these 100% certainties at the beginning be elaborated upon and clarified for current survivors, and posterity, forever and in perpetuity, to study, know, and reckon with. These facts will never change. This analysis will never Change. The nearly total killer was the Reptilian Plan, and Barton’s plan was a known certain total killer, and it is unimportant whether Barton’s known certain total killer was intentional or known to Barton Decision Makers and Associates, and actually this is truly not important whether it was or not. It was the 3 masterminds of Barton’s endgame.

The true facts of decades of Barton and Reptilian decision making are what is important and conclusive. Thus, these 100% Expert Certainties as outcomes are the only thing that is important, and these Objective Expert Certainties are final and will never change as a result of the underlying events analyzed in both of Dr. Forscher of Oxford’s Final Messages to Earth.  Sincerely,

It is a finally binding update to the Law of Moses, that in order to successfully smoke cigarettes according to the Law of Moses, as taught to me by God Himself, one must smoke "2 at Moses", which means, consecutively after another. This is correct, according to God Himself, at the Law of Moses, concerning lit cigarette consumption.

Advice from God to smokers is to ash lit cigarette(s) in an unobtrusive way, and use an aluminum pop top can to dispose of filter butts into discreetly. An empty 12oz or 16oz Monster Blue Lo-carb Energy Drink can with cigarette butts at the bottom, and a crinkle fold in half, helps permanently seal smoked cigarette ends inside. This is the method Prince Luke uses to conceal his own smoking habit.

Previously, this was reported that James A. Blatt, same as and indistinguishable both at law and at fact from Prince Pius was decreed God by the Heavens! Effective March 29, 2022 the Heavens informed James A. Blatt the final step is for him to adopt his own name. Henceforth, he chooses Hans Luke Forscher, and the consubstantial title of nobility transacting strictly and solely before all Courts as Prince Luke.

Social persons will have an easier time dealing in telepathy. Communication in telepathy may be in any words found in your language’s dictionary. If you do not have a rich, expressive vocabulary, and practice using varied diction, you will be poor at communicating in telepathy, even if it’s possible for you to function excellently in telepathy. These are the strategies to improve your vocabulary, social discourse, and therefore also your ability to communicate in telepathy:

1.) Read books or other text aloud, or actively listen to e-books,

2.) Learn to actively listen in every area of your life, starting in the classroom and to your parents,

3.) Actively listen to movies in your target language, which most people understand as “thinking along with” dialogue, instructions, or narration given aloud,

4.) Use a dictionary to define every word you can’t accurately define yourself in your own words, or use the definition of these words from a commonly available dictionary available in your language that a Judge would accept the word’s definition from in her courtroom,

5.) Be social, which is defined as up to and including 1 hour of conversation 2-3 times per week, with someone, in your target language to communicate in, voice to voice,

If you have not heard the word in your sense of hearing spoken aloud in the context it’s intended to be communicated to you from another in, usually voice to voice, you will not be able to recreate this content in telepathy in the same words the other has used to communicate to you. The brain can recreate any word you’ve heard aloud 2-3 times within the last 20 years. 

Most hear this first in life as a mnemonic to repeat the name of someone they’ve met 2-3 times as a memory trick to remember names. This is just as important for names, as any word in a language you communicate in in telepathy.

You cannot recreate any name you haven’t heard aloud at least 2-3 times, same as needing to hear a word aloud 2-3 times in varied, diverse sentences and usage. Interstellar travelers, same as language learners, are wise to walk a foreign country’s cemetery at least once and speak aloud names like “Uwe” in German, “Youssef” in Hebrew, “Jasinda” in Portuguese, where these are not in a dictionary with a pronunciation guide, you can practice yourself with at home.

If you were one of those persons who decided you’d never develop a large vocabulary, you will never communicate well in telepathy. I feel obliged to inform my readers the number of nonnatural deaths on Earth is staggering as a result of the history of keeping telepathy a secret conspiracy. The facts include also, that any behavior, verbal or non-verbal, including suicide, can be fully automated against one’s will in any person, activated or not.
