At last check, over 1 million persons were incarcerated in America’s jails nationwide. Many are serving time for time’s sake which serves no meaningful treatment objective. Redress Grievance doesn’t believe in retribution. In the area of crime and punishment, it is one of our guiding philosophies that retribution doesn’t serve to deter criminals when they’re otherwise faced with standardized punishments that exact a meaningful penalty. We believe incarcerated persons should have some ability to improve in prisons with vocational and psychological rehabilitation. Our model legislation protects employers from allegations of negligent hiring, and protects ex-offenders right to work without presenting any new risks to society.

Redress Grievance believes in opportunity for ex-offenders, not need for welfare because they’re convicted persons who can’t get a job.

Effective for long already on Earth and across the Universe are Rules, Law, and Procedure unknown to even most Lawyers, although Canonical Law has been long known by them and ecclesiastical authorities. The instant author Hans Luke has been subject to them his whole life long, only recently becoming aware of how they’ve been applied to him in his past.

BEWARE – The Wrath of God/Yahweh/Allah is a long accepted and standard punishment for violations of Canonical Law brought against any Earthling successfully indicted in Canonical Court. There is no escape. Canonical Court Judges are 100% totally immune for Ordering and Imposing Punishment pursuant to only truthful testimony to them made by Priests, Holy Men, Imam’s, Rabbi, and Ordained Clergy evidenced in good faith which establishes guilt by a preponderance of the accused with respect to all defenses to published or unpublished rules which incur Wrath or a form of Wrath as the Penalty.

What is wrath? The Wrath of God may be imposed for a minimum of one year or up to and including as long as the rest of the guilty party’s life. Mitigation means a Slight Wrath, and Aggravation means twice the wrath, or a longer wrath. Hans Luke personally knows wrath to be ruinous, notwithstanding under Canonical Law ecclesiastical authorities prefer the Executive of any Country to impose lawful death penalties. Canonical Wrath intends suffering and ruin of its victim.

For example, Hans Luke first violated Canonical Law as alleged by Reptilians in a secret indictment of him when he was about 16 years old. After learning he was suffering or had suffered Wrath, Hans Luke investigated with a Canonical Judge ‘why?’, and candidly admitted to him every crime he knows or believes he’d ever committed that in any way actually or coincidentally victimized a house of worship.

James A. Blatt’s story starts when he was not yet activated for telepathy at 16 years old and in a criminal conspiracy with 1 other to steal 2 fluorescent lights from a Christian Church parking lot, to use for his personal purposes (value of ca. US $100.00). He was indicted at Canonical Court proximate to that actual theft from a Christian Church parking lot, in a secret proceeding the Canonical Court Judge admitted he’s not entitled to know about, which formally resulted in a “not guilty” verdict for corrupt prosecution, despite Hans Luke’s actual guilt. This was directed because Hans Luke’s co-conspirator at that time was not charged at criminal Canonical Court.

The Canonical Judge, who are the highest authority in the Universe and binding on All Earth, and anywhere else in the Universe, indicated properly prosecuted the Punishment would be 10 years of destructive wrath for theft from a house of worship, inflicted with or without the defendant knowing why. The Canonical Judge indicated because Hans Luke was a minor at the time of the offense, which under Canonical Law is under 20 years old, the Standard Length of Punishment is a mere 10 years for theft from a house of worship.

A destructive wrath under Canonical Law is where the immune Canonical Judge Orders the guilty party and the 2 individuals he or she cares or loves about most in this lifetime, regardless of whether they’re true innocents or guilty in any way, to suffer the same punishment of Wrath as the truly guilty party at Canonical Law. For a Minor to suffer any form of Canonical Wrath, is actually unheard of on Earth except at Canonical Law in Secret Proceedings the accused is usually not privileged or entitled to even know anything about at all having taken place.

It was the statement of the Canonical Court to the instant Author, ‘nobody recovers from twice the wrath’. Sadly, the second time Hans Luke victimized at or near a house of worship, he Littered on Vatican Property in Rome, Italy (exactly one cigarette butt). The Canonical Court Judge indicated to the instant author, for this Bad Act he Ordered 10 years of [] Wrath. Due to an unprovoked, spontaneous confession, absolving Hans Luke of this Bad Act, (Hans Luke is Catholic), and brought to the Canonical Court’s attention, the Judge mitigated the wrath by 1/3, cutting the sentence to a cool 6.67 years of Wrath. Upon realizing in shock, and terror, Hans Luke may be suffering beyond his or any Earthly authorities control, Hans Luke proffered in good faith to the Canonical Court he’d spend a day volunteering the next time he visited Rome to pick up Litter at or near the Holy See, which he’d admitted he’d desecrated with exactly one cigarette butt years prior. The Canonical Court considered Hans Luke’s honest good faith offer, and stipulated a Suspended Wrath would be in Order for an honest 8 hours’ labor in Service to God in Rome picking up litter (with one hour allowed for lunch). The Canonical Court will know Hans Luke s complied for 7 hours of honest community service, with a lie detector, and God permitting Hans Luke will comply to defeat or mitigate what he knows to be totally ruinous wrath and suffering per his Suspended Wrath.

Property Custody at the Holy See verified nearly instantly proximately Rome could use some beautifying by honest community service at or near Vatican City, ensuring as soon as Yahweh allows Hans Luke to be paid his entitlements to money Hans Luke will be of service in this way, and in any way necessary, to get out of Wrath.

Hans Luke understands denying the honest good faith request of Clergy to subject you to Canonical Scrutiny. For Example, Redress Grievance publishes an illegal photograph of the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel taken by another. Redress Grievance coincidentally came into possession of this illegal photo of God animating Adam. Under all Earthly Law, possession of this Photograph is not illegal in any way. However, it was learned by Redress Grievance the person responsible for taking an illegal Photograph at Vatican City, which is expressly prohibited by multi-lingual signage and Policed by Swiss Guard inside the Sistine Chapel and the Holy See itself, automatically subjects the guilty party to 10 years of Wrath with or without them knowing anything about Canonical Law. For taking the Photo, the other party was guilty, Redress Grievance coming into possession of it was not, per Earthly Law, but a Vatican Priest did admit making of Redress Grievance an honest, Good Faith request to not publish the Photograph at www.RedressGrievance.org and to destroy his copy of the photograph. The Canonical Court instructed Redress Grievance the Priest's good faith request at Canonical Law was synonymous with being Ordered to take it down and destroy it pursuant to Canonical Law, which was later alleged by the Holy See in a secret proceeding against Hans Luke which Hans Luke only recently learned about from which it was Ordered Hans Luke suffer 3 years of Wrath for denying the Priest’s honest good faith request of him pursuant to Canonical Law. However, as www.RedressGrievance.org serves Yahweh’s personal agenda on Earth, at least at this time, Yahweh contemporaneously Pardoned Hans Luke of the Offense, without punishment, permitting Redress Grievance to publish this unlawful Photograph of “God breathes life into Adam” by Michelangelo which Hans Luke himself is not responsible for having in his possession. It is with the consent of King Yahweh Redress Grievance publishes this otherwise illegal photograph on Redress Grievance’s homepage.

In another case, a Clergyman is known to have witnessed a churchgoer litter on his United States based house of worship. This Clergyman made an honest, good faith report to the Canonical Court in disgust demanding Wrath against the churchgoer, and the Canonical Court Judge Ordered 3 years of wrath for Litter. The Clergyman contacted the churchgoer in telepathy and demanded he pick up his litter, which he witnessed him personally capriciously and illegally toss at or near his house of Worship. The Churchgoer indicated no willingness to comply with the Clergyman’s demand. The Canonical Court responded by aggravating the Churchgoer’s sentence to 6 years of Wrath.

Parents keep your Children Safe, from Canonical Wrath, and yourselves, too! It is Hans Luke’s knowledge Wrath is ruinous, and even a 3 year slight wrath intends cruel suffering, and is entirely ruinous. Wrath may be imposed with or without you having any idea you’re subject to an All Earth secret Court proceeding usually reserved for being guilty by a preponderance with respect to all defenses of victimizing at or near a house of worship recognized by the Court.  Admittedly, Hans Luke knows proper criminal process is only allowed at the Canonical Court, under threat of Wrath, by those highly knowledge in law and native in Doctoral Level English. At the time wrath is prosecuted for, all defenses must be weighed in the prosecution, and only prosecutions may be taken where the clergyman honestly certainly believes or knows the punishment of Wrath or a form of Wrath is still indicated by the evidence. This process is subject to a total inquisition by the Canonical Court Judge hearing the case. 

It is Hans Luke’s understanding at this time, the only way an Earthling can victimize at or near a house of worship is to coincidentally own or control real property at or near a house of Worship and do it on your own real property and in no way affect the house of Worship. It is Hans Luke’s understanding at this time, any victimization in any way of a House of Worship, particularly the Monotheistic (all of which King Yahweh who is God the Father who is Allah, and who is also Jehova too, et.al. generally approves of) may subject you to Canonical Wrath with a minimum one year penalty of slight wrath, and a usual penalty consistent with the above examples, and a maximum penalty of a whole lifetime of Wrath. It is the Canonical Court's statement "wrath intends suffering, and ruin".

Hans Luke himself has suffered Wrath for over 25 years, which is actually true information, for reasons undisclosed, and a Wrath extending beyond 25 Earth years is always considered twice the Wrath. Cruelty, also known as evils, is always a form of twice the wrath. Victimization by twice the wrath Ordered by the Canonical Court is the purest legal Evil in the Universe.

All on Earth are subject, entirely, with or without any actual knowledge of why or when the Penalty was Imposed, or the Prosecution was taken, and all Earthlings are powerless to Stop the Canonical Court, too. This is historical and applicable to all Nations of the World. Federal Judicial Officers in the United States all know this, already. Good luck my readers.

It is Hans Luke’s personal opinion Parents need to know what a destructive wrath is and raise better behaved Children. It also Hans Luke’s personal opinion society at large in the United States should be rated R or TV-MA, because the clear age of majority is 17 and up, meaning there is no reason whatsoever 17 and up content (but not NC-17) can’t be ordinary in the Public Sphere.

It is also known to Hans Luke that the United States, China, and Russia (who are all global Superpowers) cower in complete fear at penalties imposed at Canonical Law by the Canonical Court. All Earthlings are going to discover Canonical Law is universally accepted and applied by all Governments on Earth, effective already, subjecting All Nations of Earth and Earthlings to it with or without you knowing it, which is long already legal in all Nations of the World.
